So we are being told daily to cut cost. We have to cut wages. Reduce staff hours. No bonuses. And now the blast on social media several management team members posing with the Porsche race car Hertz has sponsored!!!! Several millions of dollars spent here.

remember J Mcpherson also uses the corporate jet to go back to Houston, he is yet another dead weight along with P Stone who needs to be gone and save money for the company.
Chief HR Officer EL is on the hot seat. There is a betting pool on who's organization is more messed up. Current top 3 ranking is IT, HR, & RM.
IT is trying to rebrand themselves by saying they are Product Technology (hertz has another lawsuit with a vendor for the mobile app)
HR as described by other posts is a dumpster fire
RM still trying to figure out what the R stands for in RM.
Hertz has little regard for employees. Their main concern is making money for their highly paid corporate and Human Resources employees. If you line the leadership team up, you will undoubtly see a strong profile resembulance. They look very similar and act like stepford wives. They do not cultivate a diverse and valued workforce. I see them going out of business or being bought out. Their intermittent layouts allow them to weed out individuals, and allow them to assemilate like robots. Really sad that Upper Management allows the craziness to go on all the time in the HR and recruiting functions. Also surprised they don't have more civil rights lawsuits. I can only hope I never have to work with those losers in any future role when they do the next layoff.
We can go back and forth all day long if you want, but you clearly don't understand the sarcasm and irony in what I'm saying. We're both pointing out the same thing. You are 100% correct, I am bothered, not by you, but by the stupidity of the leadership. Hertz has taken huge steps backward and the field is suffering.
Designated Insider, Of course, you're an employee who probably kisses up to management. Who said I had been discharged?
I’m very much still an employee,
LMAO!!!!!!
Apparently, you are Bothered! You took the time to troll comments and defend a company that doesn't care about the culture. You are the problem. We can go back and forth every day all day. It's your decision?
Of course I work for Hertz. You think my last post shows that I am upset by what is posted here? Now I understand why you were let go. I'm clearly the problem, not the leadership that made great decisions to get in the EV game with zero infrastructure, run utilization up to 99%, pushing Teslas to TNC and then wondering why our damage and salvage expenses are so high. How about no one complaining that the CEO gets to use the company jet as his personal transportation to fly back and forth to New York every week and opening an office in Manhattan?
Field Operations haven't had leadership to adjust post-pandemic after 80%+ were let go.
Yes, I'm the problem. I'll resign today so I can spend more time on this site trolling you.
“Designated Insider” Is getting a little upset about the truth individuals are posting. Take a deep breath, you're the problem.
Slow your roll there people. Don't use big acronyms like ERP around here. The C-Suite doesn't speak Ebonics, use real words like golden parachute, private jet to fly back and forth to New York at $40K a trip, and don't be hating on Electric Vehicles - they are the best way to get TV time for our CEO before the next bad viral story comes out.
Shame on you for being so selfish.
We’re getting hurt on these EV’s. The cost per unit combined with these being owned assets is going to be the downfall part II. In most zones the UTE on these units is far, far below expectations. It’s combined that they’re driving low NPS scores across the division. Layoffs and wage reductions will be the only way to compensate. Operations will take the hit. As always…….
Every time I hear about Hertz, I think of the multitude of articles on the failed ERP implementation. Has c-suite not learned their lesson?
Take away bonuses from operation that works twice as hard and pays it to Corporate employees.
That’s how Hertz work!
