There is absolutely no motivation at Dell. Everyone in my group and across my team is just going through the motions.
There is no direction, no strategy, just explaining to id10t$ how software is supposed to work and get delivered. Absolutely zero knowledge or understanding of what major groups do and this foolishness about modern Dell. Meanwhile the entirety of our business runs like it’s 2001.
Really poor eNPS and having our leadership blame it on us. Tracking hybrid people, pitting people against each other, constant layoffs, being run by a consulting company.
It’s really a toxic place to be. I’m glad I left but feel bad for the people who are still there. They’ll all get out soon enough.
