Seems like we are getting closer to the rumored dates of another big WFR. I’m not hearing any additional rumors besides the ones on this page. Anyone else hearing any credible information? Thanks!

What type of packages are those volunteering hoping to get?
I have heard that in services several retirement age team members have volunteered for the next WFR which will prevent most of the involuntary.
I would say given the climate and slowing in a lot of areas WFR is coming.However at the moment only rumours.Im not ex laid but work in the UK and we are hearing the same rumours based on the push back to office and crazy targets.
I would agree that they are just rumours and nobody knows what is around the corner so dont panic.
My only advice is to ignore the troll here that keeps posting about ex laid off.
People are really worried and the troll doesnt help.

I would agree that predictions of layoffs are kind of worthless. However, this is actually an ongoing WFR. Term dates of affected are June 2nd, which kind of lines up with the vague predictions.

Our team just met with manager. Only one person on our team, but other teams losing more. 80 or so people up through our org will be WFR’d.
I wrote this original post and have never posted before, but have been looking at posts for awhile now. I’m not ex laid off but just genuinely wondering how worried I need to be since this year has been my first experience with mass layoffs.

So, quite a range between “pretty targeted” and “20,000”. I guess we’ll see. Either way, it’s happening right now. Affected employees are being notified.
Yep. Just had a team meeting about an impacted team member. This appears to be a pretty targeted WFR, but I know there's a list they're working through. Given the term dates, it would coincide with the June rumours.
Yep just heard from my manager today. Apparently they are going to go scorched earth on this one. Somewhere in The region of 20,000. America and India will be hardest hit.
