PIP'ed while rated NI

How many who were rated NI (not NSI) were given PIP/PIL?

I was told I got PIP'ed while ranked NI because I had been with the company 5 years.

So NI with 5 years with the company are let go same as NSI...

No, not hard workers. They are corrupt puppets that bullied and brown nosed their way into a position s—ing up to managers and bullying everyone else which took a lot of a– kissing with no education. I can name several.

The company has always tried to force out bottom third employees with less than 5 years experience. Even MBAs from elite schools, fall in this category. Many of the these are wise-a$$, MBAs from elite schools. Many are simply lazy and have a chip on their shoulder, because they were smart enough to get into an elite MBA program. Smart is not the same as hard-working and delivering tangible results. They have no future at XOM because they cannot compete, and smart AND hard-working new hires jump over them in the rankings quickly.

I meant less than 5 years. Apparently less sign " " disappeared.

Nope. But doesn't surprise me. Don't know how they are getting rid of 10~15% in places like Baytown or Beaumont without getting rid of some NI also.
