Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Just leave

I was laid off last year. It took some time, but I found another job. Only then did I realize what a madhouse Fiserv is. Don’t ever get used to how things work there—it’s not the norm, and it shouldn’t be.

@ff+1jh8ktza9 it is also age. But Fiseev certainly doesn't help

Post ID: @ff+1jh8ktza9 sounds like they've drank the F(rank)iserv kool-aid. I was slowly looking to get out because of the direction that place was/is going, but I was then laid off last year and I was relevant... but I guess the sapience cr-p bit me. Not sure how I can provide them a picture of what i was working on 2 days prior to prove I was working and sapience can't track things correctly. But being laid off was the biggest stress relief. Things there are definitely not the norm, she much better elsewhere.

It's not your age. It's you. You don't have any skills because you've wasted the last 24 months coming to layoff.com to post rants when you should have been trying to stay relevant.

As a client of 30 years and as someone who has many friends as current and former employees, we see you. And we see the dumpster fire, and quite frankly, we also see that management doesn't care

I left on my own in October and I'm JUST getting used to being in a NORMAL working environment again.

It's easier said than done. I'd leave if I could find a better paying job that didn't age discriminate.
