Can you please let us know which groups would get the better bonus (Contrail/Mist/PFE).
I personally think they must not get give RSUS to directors, VP. Rather encourage hardworking engineers.

I am proud to be known as the hater of Juniper. I am sorry to hear that the payout is 100%, which means a salary of 200k for sr staff, result in 20k, after tax 12k. That's a very big amount, you stupids.
Also, focus on how many RSUs are you getting and pay rise. If you are VP and above, I am 100% confident and that you don't deserve the title any where.

Truly unbelievable. If you check other employee discussion sites of "good" tech companies, people report anywhere from 100%-200%+ target bonus. I'd say the median is 113%-120% of target with a minimum being 105%. Never below 100%. This includes salary upgrades as well of around 5-15%+ (non-promotion). And satisfying RSU refreshers as well.

I heard only 60% of target.
Pretty much guaranteed to be markedly less than 100%. Many won't even get a bonus, whereas before the would have.
