How bad will it get?

Here we go ... The companies identified $450M in "cost synergies," which will likely lead to an impactful round of restructuring.

Don’t worry, the c-suite will make out like bandits! They will be laughing all the way to the bank! RR is insider trading all his shares and will be set! Everyone else? Well, you’re screwed!

It won't be worse than not being acquired, at least the mo--nic Juniper managers will lose all their cushy jobs, and there is hope for good people. Clowns goodbye

If they acquire, they will layoff. If they divest, then they will layoff. But what if they neither divest nor acquire? Well in that case they will layoff. Rest assured they will layoff with empathy and heart. Neri calls his elderly mum everyday.
