In F&O management is running around like headless chickens. I think big cuts are coming very soon.

I’m not hearing anything good or bad.
Kyndryl is a terminally ill patient dying by a thousand cuts awaiting for someone to pull the plug and take it out it’s misery.
Very Toxic - Eastern Europe.
The company is trying to squeeze as much out of its employees as possible. I have a feeling that the company is trying to keep the stock price as high as possible while waiting for a buyer. But someone would have to be crazy to buy this mess. I think it's clear to everyone that this model and this structure won't survive much longer. There are no principles or job descriptions anymore. You have to be able to do everything and know everything, and all of this must be done for the salary of a salesperson at the local store.
@fc , what changes are you referring to?
The atmosphere is very confused. Still very unclear who is impacted. Also unclear how those changes affect people who remain.
