This place just refuses to let you grow. It doesn't matter how hard you work or how much potential you show, where you are is where you're going to stay. It's really that simple. If you're trying to build a career, you're pretty much out of luck. The only people who move up are the ones who know the right people, the ones with connections, and the ones who play the game. And sadly, I'm not one of them.

The only reason the company exists at this point is to line the Execs and officers pockets. The only reason I stay is to get retirement.
