@fb misplaced anger. Instead of being mad about how XOM treats people, let's get mad at the people who (used to) work for a decent company

Get hired with Permian Resources or Diamondback just don’t be surprised if your back wearing Exxon overalls in the next 16 months…why? oil companies have free reign in this administration after 2028 highly possible that political and regulatory changes
How much do they get paid for vesting each year? Like for CL 28?

Last vest date is next May, but yeah it's tempting to hop off given performance harassment cycle and getting a bit of $$$
