Dan is too wise to mess with the contract. He has no need to rile up the hands on customer facing workforce. He has plenty of other targets with little to no protection and more fat to chew on. A tiger also hunts stragglers and the weak or injured not a group prepared with a defense. One that does will barely make it past being a cub. Again, Dan is wise that is why he is in the predator position he is in.
