OMG , I worked there for 5 years. So glad I got out. I got a much better job.

@fadn+14KE7y0n You are very fortunate to have found another job in a different industry that you enjoy. I hate my current position and really need to do something different. Have re-trained already to become a real-estate agent but with the current situation, it will be difficult to join the many other already established agents. Good luck to all !

As somebody who was laid off after 20 years of service. I can tell you I and my coworkers spent the last 5 years living in fear of being laid off.
We went from having our breaks and lunches in the cafe.
To having them at our desks, eating while we worked to keep up with our double workloads
This use to be a great company. Was laid off last year after over 25 yrs. Have a new job in different industry. This company knows how to treat their employees. Just feel bad for those still there. Can’t imagine what the work load is like .

It might also have to do with the fact that they bring the foreign worker in and force you to train him, but tell you that it's to free up your time so you can focus on "more challenging, value-added" tasks. What a load of c-ap. People with self-respect don't like being lied to, and lies are really all this company has to offer its employees any more.

Maybe its the anger felt by the workers who had their jobs outsourced to India
Maybe its the anger felt by workers were replaced by H1B workers brought in from India
Maybe its the anger of the few remaining U.S workers who have seen their workload
double and triple. And yet their raises and bonuses are very small , or in some cases not given out in 3 years.
I don't know why you would say that they are the worst employer in Boston. I worked for State Street for many years and working for State Street was one of the best decisions that I ever made.
Many of my other employer's were some of the worst companies to work for in Boston.
