I’m thinking of asking manager to put me in the cpm list . Did anyone tried this approach?
I regret not taking Vsp last year and find job , I’m worried more I stick around , it will be harder to get job outside..

Isn't management a big part of the next layoffs? How many layers of management have been eliminated so far and have mangers been laid off at the same percentage as ICs so far?

Getting on CPM will not make it easier to get another job. Just get another job while working here that is how everyone else
