Yes, and I've done it. It's actually quite interesting, going through real world internal use cases. What happens if you don't? She'll see it on a dashboard and likely ping your leadership. It's part of the job and therefore part of why we get paid, why not do it? I've interacted with JW a few times, she's always seemed very smart, very fast to get to grips with a subject and cuts to the heart of whatever the challenge is very quickly. She's clearly no fool.
I don't want to waste my time doing it just to hear I'm getting RA'd this week or next. Waiting till the last minute to do it.
And it depends how high up they are in the executive org chart. The higher they are, the better your chances of getting the job and elbowing out the better qualified applicants.
LOL! For most jobs, It's not what you know, it's who you know.
Not for me. I still had to interview and started out a band 6. Had to claw my way to a 10
I guess it depends if a relative is an executive or not
@b9 IBM has always been a family business - you will be shocked to hear about how many kids, spouses, relatives of IBM execs got a job here for free!
You don't say. I threw up all over Krabanaugh the last time I went into a meeting with him and the Tub O' Lard, Joanne Wrong. Yes, it was a nauseating experience.
I get nauseous every time I see her. Did you know here 2nd cousin is smarmy Robbie Thomas? :-)
