Obviously it’s rumors for now but has anyone else heard the amount of in office hours slowly becoming 6 hours minimum again and wfh Friday potentially returning? Been hearing it all week around the office so I had to make a post about it. I’m not sure where it started but I’m all for it. Don’t get me wrong I doubt it happens but same thing happened when we hearing office 8 hrs and Friday back to office so who knows?

A good number of Rosman’s people are remote- level 1 call center. Better together lmao
Can anyone back up @f3’s claim that Rosman is letting his department wfh of Fridays?
I’ve heard nothing about this.
This would definitely be a nice boost to morale if they brought remote Friday offering back. In this industry, far too many other solid remote options out there.
Rosman has signed off on the idea for his whole org since he took on the operations, fridays optional work remote as long as you are in the office m-th. starts June 1.
No there has been nothing said about adjustments of hours or RTO policy
It probably originated on this page. It wasn’t that WFH was taken advantage of, it was a trust issue thing with Frank
I'm averaging 88 hrs per pay period for office attendance. I would love to have WFH Friday flexibility back.
Thenorobl is are the people who abuse the privilege which is why it was taken away to begin with.
I’m relatively close to leadership, one member at least.
They’re not happy about the way things have gone, and I believe they would have mentioned to me if this was being discussed.
From everything I’ve heard, there’s no appetite for anything like this amongst leadership.
It already happens for several teams in my office.. but unfortunately my team is not one of them.
based on your department grade and performance metrics. if you have been exceeding on office hours and sapience tracking this will be a reward for summer. if you are not exceeding expectations you will not be rewarded. is what the top are discussing atm
