When i first read the title of this thread i thought it was asking if we were being trafficked, and i though, "oh no not again...."

@OP Who cares? The names are already in the list. It doesn't matter what you do, bad or good, but who you know, and even worse, who dislikes you. People that don't do sh!t are still around, while SMEs were laid off. So take it easy, and remember Ford is always reactive, never proactive. After you are gone, everyone is going to blame you for their shortcomings, even if you have nothing to do with their projects.

@ae some of the vehicles are tracked in Ford Pro, so they know your location, when you’re driving over the speed limit, and your “vehicle familiarization” drives up north over the weekend. It there is a violation, they will immediately go to the person it was signed out to and then the finger pointing will begin!

@ey it isn't Ford IT. Like everything else at Ford, the tracking is outsourced.

How about working instead of thinking of ways to disguise slacking off

If you really believe Ford IT is smart enough to track your every move you are off your rocker.

At one point in time Ford would send employees off to rehab and keep an eye on them.
I don’t know when that changed.
I remember my LL6 (alcoholic) complaining around 2006 that the company no longer took care of employees so he had to be super careful. He had been to rehab multiple times on Fords dime. He was released in 2008.

The reason tracking is not being done in earnest is the LLx would be tracked as well.

My neighbor worked at the WHQ garage where the LLx pick up vehicles/bring for service. Anytime someone suggested tracking vehicles / installing breathalyzers it was shot down as well these people are the company leaders. They would regularly have to go retrieve impounded vehicles as our leaders were DWI or picking up ladies for company. There were serial offenders. You would think that a caring family oriented company would get help for the alcoholics and addicts in the leadership roles, or at least not allow them to endanger the public. But you would be wrong.

Company vehicle usage? The tracking on company vehicles is a joke. One person signs them out forever and we all just swap the key around.

Office Phone - It is full access, they can record your calls, messaged, video anything everything, you agree to the terms when you take it ?

Office laptop - All history and live stream everything on every screen buffer ?

Company Vehicle Usage data -- full access ?

Office Phone - Gives exact location even location data 24/7 , any word you speak. ?

I also hear d there have core team call Forensic , which is professional grade in these.
