Work more hours when WFH than from the office and I go in 3 days a week. On days i work from the office its strictly 8 hrs/day max. WFH during the pandemic and today is easily 10+ hrs/day because its convenient with a better workstation and environment.

I've been able to project manage the complete renovation of my house because of working from home.

I do bare minimum. No reason to work hard.

8h/day. Very intense but after that I disconnect myself from the mess left until the next day.

Most day's I can't tell if its workday or weekend. I open my laptop occasionally though. Not sure about how many hours. As minimum as possible. Leaving the stapler on keyboard helps.

I pretend to work. To be honest, I’ve been floating for at least three years now.

The question should be what type of work you typically do, e.g., coding, validation, planning, meetings, etc.

I actually work 8-10hrs a day..since there is a critical project going on..

Busy doing something that I don't mind doing.

If there's no project, I leave something heavy on my KB so my Teams don't go on "Away" and I'm off doing something else.

If these posts are even half true does anyone wonder why Intel is in the state that it is in and do you now understand why there are mass headcount reductions?

@ezc. That’s what you get for checking emails while on vacation.

I am in a group where they can't fire me. I work 1 hour before lunch and 1 hour after lunch. The rest is gossiping, status tracking, and tracking status tracking.

Continued: My manager knew I was on vacation, but he didn't give a cr-p. Ruined my vacation.

I used to do 80 hr's a week. I then got an email notification while in Mexico on vacation for a 1:1 on a Friday to get ISP'd back in 2015. All is good now. Sorry for you all to have to go through this but in the end, you will laugh about it. Hang in there now.

13-15 on average, 5 days a week and some weekends. Have to work US hours to work with my project team here and then Asia hours to work with the project members there. It’s been a grind.
