Just wondering if anyone has received the severance packet yet? HR told me that they’ll mail out after 11/3 but I haven’t got anything in my mailbox yet

@x7 If its been more than 2 weeks email severance@walgreens.com. They will tell you if its been sent.
Has anyone received their packet yet? It should have arrived by now right?
Waiver says... You won't sue, and you'll be sc--wed because what is offered is it. Too bad we don't have contracts like the Executives
From what I’ve heard, The packets usually go out on Thursday and are sent via fedex. It can take up to two weeks for the packets to go out.
The packet includes a Waiver, read this carefully but know you will not receive your severance pay without returning the signed Waiver.
There is a large packet that comes to your home with a document you need to sign and the full details of the layoff, benefits, etc.
@OP What do you mean? When you were laid off, HR should have told you everything verbally. You shouldn't have to wait for a packet to find out the terms.
Were you a store or corporate employee?
