This used to be a good workplace. But now I'm just wondering what won't be outsourced in the end, because it seems the leadership's plan is to outsource everything that can be outsourced!?

I don’t know the date of the layoffs because it seems to be specific BUs have different timelines. Some are done with AOP and others were not yet. It’s not going to be a company wide thing at a specific time.
that date came from higher management, but of course dont take it as "given". it will be around that date. as @1dpz+1kuiDOkJ puts it, it's supposed to be "early January", because it was supposed to be already done by december 2022....
Yes TK is missing most of his deadlines, for reasons unknown to the rest of the ELT team (or most of them, on purpose)
beside date precision, most rumours posted here has been true ;-)
Some layoffs been spread across EMEA from september. not large one, for a couple of regulatory reasons (taxes mostly)

There are people in management who post here, anonymously of course. It's also true that most of the predictions made here turned out to be wrong.
I was told a month ago, by someone who is in a position to know, that the big layoffs were pushed back to early January. No specific date, but I would think that any time before the 15th counts as "early January." Whether this turns out to be true, who knows -- Krause has already missed more than one of his deadlines for informing people what their status will be!
How does anyone posting here know the date layoffs will happen, ie January 10th?
How many times have people posted dates that came and went with no layoffs? I know layoffs are going to happen, and they may well happen on the 10th I am just asking how does anyone here get such information then post it?
only the board of directors wont be outsourced. The rest will, including our fearless but extremely shy leader.
