What’s the proposed early retirement package?
Example:
He’s 61 and they offered Severance + 1 year pay which gets him to 62.
He’s 60 and they offered Severance + 2 years pay which gets him to 62.

Two SVP that i know off are taking early retirement. Not sure if it’s layoff or not. Mine said that he is bored doing the same stuff for over 10 years n is bored. Is citi providing severance for Early retirement folks ?

Yes. Layoffs are still ongoing. 600 million reserve is not there to earn interest.
