This is most likely a cost cutting measure. They are hoping people leave on their own accord so they don’t have to pay severance. I guess Dimon is also old school so that factor into too.

Actually they are correct. We are being force-fed poison and told it’s for our own good. So forced “nutrition” in this case ;)
