@ew So in your opinion people just need to shut up and do their job ?
Not long time ago this was the definition of a slave.
On the other hand people are paid because they're doing a job that they were selected for which means they have talent and if the job wasn't done they would've been fired.
If you're happy and satisfied with your position at SAP why are you coming here checking what people are saying in the first place ?
If you don't like a place, just don't go there...
@ef Perhaps one of the reasons this company is falling behind is because most of us get paid to log in and bi--h about the president and social issues all day.

The share price is going down...it seems that CK didn't convince the market with his board reorg.
Will he announce something bigger in the coming days ?

Okay, it says that CK will personally oversee the AI launches and products. No successor named. Do you know what situation this only occurs in? It's when the board feels the other member is not doing their job due to low Joule AI adoption and harsh criticism by VW (and if VW, a close German Blood Brother customer says things like SAP AI solutions being "immature", you know someone's head is rolling). Same with SIEMENS and BMW if customers in our own territories are saying this stuff.
I think once CK takes over and finds out our product capabilities are so far out from what we can sell on stage it will be an expensive challenge. I ponder whether we will even start rehiring people back! It will be an uphill challenge to get product capabilities up to speed against the competition!
