Fu-k the bnsf. A bunch of sc-mbags. They treat their employees like sh-t. They cut us down to bare minimum or more. They move their freight slow "to conserve fuel". The average speed on the bnsf railway is 17 mph.

I can tell you why the decision are for, it’s so KF and the rest of management can get bigger bonuses
Although I agree that they are total pieces of sh-t, at the same time, it's their company, and they can run it like they see fit. Not sure what the he-l they are tying to accomplish in the long haul with all these weird decisions they make though.
