having jana partners onboard is a excellent choice. the though decisions will finally be made. non critical assets will be sold. the staff bloat will be addressed and all of these satellite offices will be consolidated. and the ceo gets to play the good guy. this thing might actually turn around

@ez Good one friend
Who?
fiscal discipline will help turn this around. a welcome change
Staff Bloat!?! I’m doing 4 people’s worth of work.
I went to the bathroom and my manager asked where I was.
@ev They can't grow revenue so they look for tax breaks and budget cuts.
the coasting is going to stop. it's now going to be about performance, buckle up
Why would you move to Kansas --- what a distraction--- another poor decision made that the MC especially HR didn't speak up and say no it makes no sense to open an office in Kansas. Wait until Jana asks for the business case for that decision,
it's called efficiency and it's been missing from fiserv for far too long
OP is actively going on a site promoting layoffs. The metrics on this board for Fiserv must be we are the most active on this site. Constant fear but it’s not thanksgiving so maybe only a 4% chance you lose your job in this job market not 8.36% ( the number they expected with volunteered quitting). Calling out the stocks being wrong, and a lie, was well known in this thread, and now people from social security are feeling it (but not his taxes).
New investor = more layoffs. Rid of blood from a stone. Come into a company you know nothing about cry AI efficiency leads to overwork & over fire (layoff or shove to infinite)z When does any private equity make a company better? They sell the parts and run before the world realizes a car needs an engine while you sold the tires.
See you at Infinite!
Nebraska -> Kansas
It’s gonna be a mixed bag
