Generally they let the middle Management do the ugly lay offs and then they're the next to go. It will come full circle. For the others in Raleigh, remember Walter? Mismanaged Companies leave a trail of pain.

I will be surprised that there is no layoffs in Allscripts this June. I actually expect several rounds of layoffs. The April and May financial numbers are horrible.

Quarter ends in June, so you take action in QE and report in July.

Some guidelines for posting to keep this relevant, post should be based in fact not speculation. Although it is entertaining to read speculative post, it is more worthwhile to read post based off facts.
First and second round layoffs were completed. But the Consultants cost reduction targets have not yet been achieved (remember the slides she showed) and will likely have yet another impact on the stock price. So, look for more individual middle managers impacted in Dev and solutions in LKs shop.
The earnings call was 5-7-2020. The next earnings call is 7-30-2020. This post doesn't jive.
