@et Gotcha. Just that I never saw so many reportees under a single C14 in my own line of business nor in others (like Services or TTS) where I had friends
@bw I was a C14 and managed 29 people across 3 different team functions. If you included the non-employees that number was just under double that.
Conversely, there are many instances of Ds and MDs with no directs or <10 directs with some of the directs to a C15/C16 being B10, C10/11/12's.
Don't forget Citi is a huge company with dozens of business units. Don't think since your org did it one way that it is THE way across the firm because it's not.
Shouldn't at least a C15 be telling you this? I can't believe a C14 runs an entire dept of 35?
