It is better to leave if your skill sets are sharp enough. Stay in the company that treats employees as assets. In Q, you are expense, just doing push buttons.
Porky makes ~$26M per year. Let's say the median eng makes ~$130K pre year. That's 200 times the pay. The way he see it, he needs to layoff at least 200 folks to fund his pay package... any more than that is icing on the cake! (Porky like cake too)
