To our Indian counterparts, I’m sorry if this message offends you. We should have never shipped any sensitive telecommunications elements to India or any foreign country. Not only to we lose a lot of money to foreigners but the fraud and damage that have been done by Indians far exceeds any benefit for the American public.
Also, being on the receiving end of your posturing during calls is totally not cool or right. Americans should not be belittled by foreigners. Be grateful you have new skillset and know suffer as we have.
