Doug was pushed out and they gave part of his old job to this over ambitious pr--k from Datacloud. Somehow the toxic leaders keep getting promoted. Though Don was pushed out too and he created a lot of that horrible culture in GPT.
What happened to Doug Politi? I can’t find any info on him. Where is he?
All the while execs made/will make a boatload of money while trampling on poor employees' livelihoods.

Levin is now President and CEO of Benefitfocus so the departure was his choice. Of course he'd have to leave immediately given the sensitivity and access to information. Wonder if there's a non-compete clause that ADP will try to enforce. For Politi and O'Brien are they actually gone ?

Stock down means time to cut expenses. People salaries make up a LOT of expenses. Time to keep your head down and hope you get passed over.

In my opinion, they both should have been tossed out 5 years ago! My guess is though, these two are leaving due to pressure and being forced to leave in a controlled manner. No loss there. Now, the real question becomes what clowns are put in the ring in their place?

Carlos sent out an email announcing 2 that are leaving. Followed by an email from someone else talking about those that have been promoted.
Of course layoffs will continue. It is what ADP does best. They just don't know what else they can do to stop their sinking ship.
Ha! It has been 'all hands on something' for the past four years of these clowns in their giant circle jerk thinking their plan is working! This management does not know how to manage nor lead. All they know is lies and layoffs. Yes, layoffs are continuing.
ADP is all about trim a little from here, trim from there, and OH, let's CUT that team over there. Ugh!

Probably. Already got an email about two upper level guys leaving at end of fiscal.
End of fiscal is coming up and ADP always likes to tidy up its books and remove excess salary before June 30. This puts smiles on the institutional investors and helps pump the stock price. Also directly helps the senior execs with the bonus plans so they can purchase new vacation properties.
Unlikely, with Covid easing up it will be ‘all hands on deck’.
