It's important to make a good impression. Everyone will be there! Some of you will even be sharing the same desk and chair!

Please wash ur hands and a$$ after using the restrooms also.
@p7 Agreed, this has been the most productive week thus far we have had in a long time.
@p6 You need to rewatch this morning's Purpose Corner because your experience is not the norm.
Our office has the energy and vibe of a convalescence nursing home. It’s depressing and sad but at least we’re better together.
Funeral attire to match the mood of the office.
@eq GO TEAM! 🙌
Come on Teammates, where is the Champion Mindset. We are champions! Champions practice together, play together, and win together. We are Truist and we are unstoppable! Commuting two hours a day to log in and be on Teams calls with your business partners and other members of your team who are in different cities is the Champion playbook that will make us winners. What would the alternative be? To have leadership say you only need to come in to the office when you need to collaborate in person? That would be totally ridiculous and insane.
I work in IT, and not only are we doing RTO, we are also doing "hot desking". When I arrived this morning, the first desk I went to had a sticky desktop, empty soda cans and candy wrappers all over it, and the arms of the chair were all slick and slimy. Ba-f. I want to cry.
It sure is interesting how the 35mile rule applys to some but not ALL as stated by Hagerman. Reporting to you live from Atlanta Truist locations - Tower & Plaza. What a crock of cr-p.
I heard they are setting up desks in the bathrooms.
No! Because this RTO is STUPID and few teammates want to be in-office! Why is leadership so tone deaf? No one wants to RTO for 2026.
@af same. Cascade Pointless?
My office doesn't have enough space, so we're still hybrid.
Ha, we already had a bunch of remote folks told they don't have to come in because they don't have desks.
Please wear deodorant.
