1st issue: You are comparing to very, very different people. There is no comparison here given the impact and even the potential to impact society.
2nd Issue: The times this is happening in and the scale of failure. Look how much bleeding cash. How much more? How many more cancelled programs, and layoffs? Astronomical scale.
Thomas Edison went through 10k ways not to build a light bulb - that was not failure. The team is ducking and diving to find the best actionable way through these tumultuous times, that is not failure.

$30k MSRP won't happen considering two things:
