MetLife has such a bad reputation. Surprised they can convince young people to work here.

Is it true.. ?
Not bloody likely.
Is it true that they are going to terminate Pace? She gets to keep the fake doctorate.
Is it DEI or DIE?
That childcare email was ridiculous. Rather than have a direct conversation with the individual that is letting their kid run wild, send an email to the entire building. And they wonder why people don't take leadership seriously at this company.
Where is recycled HR lady? Perhaps she'll make her grand entrance at next week's "Women's Leadership" boondoggle at the Stadium. Too soon for her to win any fake awards.
Not to worry, the trusty Leaders Expectations survey is once again coming to an inbox near you! I am totally confident that the inept people managers misplaced in their roles, have certainly made great strides since last year's survey. Money. Well. Spent.
Met is solely focusing on promoting chocolate and fortune cookies as the path forward.
Management wants to save on salaries. So fu-k all the old employees. Bring new young ines and fu-k the old fu--ing and bi--hing rmployees
@2pgn+1ubTstMS the old ones and ones with low melatonin are being supplanted. The DEI machine is in full swing alright.
@2uvg+1ubTstMS the one from the Cary "Site Lead". Interesting timing given the recent BI award.
I see E-runs is now getting in on the phony and paid for "awards". Hilarious.
No empathy for young employees. They feel isolated among all of the old people.
Companies are publicly moving away from DEI and here Met is still touting Pace front and center. Stop with the charade, no one gives a po-p! That was so 2020.
What announcement about child care?
What do ya'll think about the announcement telling parents to leave their kids at home when they can't find child care?
So much for a 'family friendly' workplace.
Public perception is unfortunately vastly different than actually working inside MetLife. Wait until these youngsters find out #employeecare is merely an empty hashtag, along with #alltogetherpossible.
