Use a GC they say…for everything.. unfortunately the GCS can’t do what we do or have access that we do, Now we’re babysitting GC’s and overwhelming them to the point where they have no staff to fulfill our needs.. Most of the staff they do have is incompetent and don’t know what they’re doing. Most of them don’t even know the difference between DAS and small cell.. Now what Crown?? We not gonna stop the MTTR clock with Lies anymore.. time to face the music!!!

This is a fact, they tried to build a whole program off degrees rather than experience.
Most in CCI dont have the construction experience to manage a lawn cutting contractor much less Tower GCs. We have seen some real inexperienced individuals be handed the task of CX Management and lead to the complete disaster and shut down of the CX Services.

They are really about to learn why we needed internal headcount
Correct, letting GCs try to run the show that is clown castle is a mistake
They don't have the manpower to support. He-l we can barely even get fiber.
