Just take a look at the pay ranges for the sales roles that are posted currently. Do the math on a 60/40 split, and it’s clear what direction things are heading here.

Your compensation increase is not tied to inflation, but rather the cost of the labor itself.

Salaries are actually going down now compared to last year.

If you are not happy of feel underpaid for your role you should be talking to your manager. If nothing happens I would suggest obtaining another role with a different company for an immediate 6% raise or so.
