What is the rise percentage and average number of RSUs given. Are there any promotions?

What I asked in the post is just info regarding RSUs and pay rise. I didn't understand why so many people disliked it just for asking. I didn't even make any -ve statement about Juniper. It shows how egoistic are the Juniper mgmt.
Yeah no pay raise ! Just sh–ty bonus and some RSU's (Grade 7 SE4). They are saying 70% is target bonus but I got only 60%. FML !
some people did get pay raises and promotions, while others continued to get left behind by managers who are out of touch and don't really understand what their direct reports do and/or just don't care really quite maddening and proof of the saying that people don't leave bad jobs they leave bad managers. as soon as I have the opportunity i'm outta here and they won't know what they had until it's gone

How come you got bonus now. It is supposed to payout in August, right. Did Juniper changed policy for bonus payment?

Mid year Comp (Grade 8 Staff Eng):
No salary rise, no RSU. (Not laid off :P)
However I did get bonus. Which comes to around 60% of 17% of Half year salary
