Why would a reorg meeting be required? lol. The "new leader" will be gone in a year or so anyway. I don't even listen to anyone above director. Waste of time. Way to temporary, and way to many lies for me to tolerate. I'm not going to sit there and listen to people lie to my face as if I can't tell. I have real work to do, and whatever they are pushing today isn't relevant anyway. Seriously people, think about it. When was the last time you heard ANYTHING from an exec that really made a difference? If it's something really bad (RTO, layoffs) this place is a better source of real info. If it's anything else, yeah, don't care.
