Do you think Fraser would mandate hybrid is gone and everyone who was hybrid now has to be in the office 5 days a week? Would she do that to get people to quit so she wouldn't have to pay severance?
If that did happen, would all the telecommuters still get to be telecommuters?

Post ID: @ejq+1rBabpLN The first employees to leave will be the ones with in-demand skills, knowledge and work experience, and by extension the first employees who can get job offers asap. These are probably Not the employees Citi wants to lose, but then again Citi is Not normal. Normal companies do Not want to lose exceptional talent.
Until they start building another garage in Tampa I rest comfortable in the knowledge that I’ll only be in the office 2 day a week. They’d get to the goal of the extra 15K head count reduction a lot faster if they really pursued RTO.

Yes. It will happen, sooner than we think.
No. Most sites are at capacity and would not be able to hold all employees 5 days per week. I know this is true for Tampa and I believe Irving too. I do think that they may tell telecommuters to turn hybrid though. Who knows really. I know I don't know 1/2 of what I should that is going on. All we can do is wait or get another job. I personally do not try to think like JF. No. Thank. You. LOL. 😂
