I gave my FTEs a pdf from the comp system, why not. Nobody told me not to, perhaps I missed it in the 5,000 links of 'training', but in all other companies I've worked for something is provided. That said, I didn't get anything for my comp, just a verbal

I don’t think getting additional bonus in the current environment is feasible. They are laying people off. A lot of people are grateful they are getting any bonus even though they most likely be laid off this round or next. I’d be careful

Anyone had experience of getting additional money after total comp being published in workday? I.e., bonus feedback you gave was pretty bad, you are a valued member of the team, Citi does not want to lose you, so they give you more money?

Or if this happens it is usually before the publication day?

It was verbal too, was told Thursday. That said, I don't think it means much we could sit be cut next week or in the next round.

I'm a manager at Citi. In years past we could produce a PDF with comp info to share with staff. This year we could only connumicate it verbally, and the data will be available to staff in Workday on the 22nd.

Ok, thanks all for sharing. This is my first year at Citi and in my previous firm manager used to walk in with the comp paper and hand it to me or email it to me right before the discussion.

In my 5yrs at Citi I have never received documentation. Why would you? Workday will update soon.

Only verbal. No email and no update on Workday. In the past I’ve received the email minutes after the communication.

I’ve asked other colleagues and they haven’t received it either.

Only verbal, but in general I think it takes a week or so after the chat to see the official doc published. Plus I think this year things will be very sensitive. I know for sure in my part of the business people were really unhappy about increases and bonuses so there might be further discussions next week, based on the employees' feedback. Hopefully we will get some more money 😀
