Anyone else hear that bc of the NISC IV award, that Leidos is cutting PTO days by 3...So now 0-2 yrs =12 pto (vs 15) etc...And 401k matching is screaming from 5% max to a %max. WTF?

I heard that was due to COVID.
a large proportion of the UK base of the L3 Harris buy out have now lost their jobs. This is after being the future is bright and a shed load of promises. What a load of bullss**t.
Depending on what "fringe code" you are determines your 401K matching. Some of the benefits at this company are dependant on what contract your organization is working on. Odd because usually it's the same benefits throughout at other companies.
Heard some are being forced to use PTO for COVID quarantine. Is this true?
