So it’s appears that the MPT employees in Carlsbad will get a 15% premium starting in January, but there isn’t any change for hourly employees. Way to boost the morale of everyone. 🤣🤣

Rates for wage employees are already based on the local market. MPT salaries are National.

You should believe that the company will not pay more unless it has to. That's been pretty well proven. It's not for morale. You say they already live there. Do they have to for those MPT jobs? It takes more to get new people to move there when they can do the same job in the big city; that's the truth.

They have to pay extra for people to come to Carlsbad. It’s basically a 3rd world country with all the illegals. Lol

Same reason we pay India less.
