create an intolerable culture so people quit—same layoffs, just without the severance bill.

They are forcefully pushing for senior manager directors to take business lead by claiming span of controls bs .
Making environment unpleasant so folk quit, is something I am shocked about, recently notice this happening.
@1ex she is really an incompetent leader who is all too eager to prune her conscience down to the bone — perfect for Mike.
Espada is a joke but that’s why MH put here there. She can’t lead her way out of a paper bag.
@eg the brain drain continues while those of us still here are scrambling to meet targets running on bare bones staff :/
Look at the resignations in HR/corp comms. They lost nearly all senior people. I hear VP of PR gave notice and several directors are leaving too. The count since Espaza took over is 5 VPs, 5 directors and many managers and professionals. Some leadership there… unless her goal is to have a weak, barebones function
@e2 This is a very d-mb reply? It's common knowledge (plenty of media coverage) and some companies have even acknowledged that RTO is a way to do "soft layoffs." They're absolutely making things unpleasant to force people out the door. Also, it's working.
So because they aren’t laying you off it’s there trying to make you so miserable you quit on your own…. New level of pathetic right here. Bet you’re an amazing co-worker. You should just leave someone as great as you seem to be shouldn’t have any issues obtaining a new job. Popeyes has great growth opportunities.
Yep. Otherwise there’s no reason why we’re still in office 5x week while almost every posting at Fannie is back to hybrid.
