Stock Together

Any information on what is replacing stock Together? For certain, the stock grants are going away but don’t know the replacement yet….
We are getting close to announcement time, surely some insider information is being floated?

@kg stop spreading rumors. That is not what the guidance says.

This is sad news as this makes up 10 to 15 percent of most employees annual income. I was optimistic in Dan's Vision for change and focusing on the customer. However, I will never be for taking benefits and especially income away from the foundational employees. Dan, if you need more money cut deeper but don't strip income away from your people. I know you can be a better leader than this.

The current stock together program is being eliminated (that's band 6 and below). No word yet on anything to replace it. Existing grants will vest as scheduled.

@en I received an HR email sent to leaders. This email was different from a prior email indicating that there would be no changes. So things are trickling out as they happen.

Just out today they are blaming the Frontier acquisition. Plan for 2026 will be announced "later". Current vesting will be on schedule but new grants will not be on your comp sheets.

In my opinion when I've dealt with public companies acquiring other companies the plans for these things are setup ahead of time so that there is no confusion. Either executives and the board are incompetent or they really are scrapping it resulting in a pay cut for all employees.

@OP yes, it'll be a new program called "Save Yourselves" and the double entendre is intentional.

How do you know "for sure" they are going away?

@a4 as an AD I have seen nothing yet. No communications one way or the other. My opinion, is it would be a kn--e to the heart if they took any of this away, to the people who have worked so hard to get this stock to where it is. The whole reason why we have this program to to reward VZ employees for getting the stock up. Here we have 52 week highs and rumor it will go away...what an awful proposal, imagine the message this would send...

Comp sheets come out on Monday, you will know then. From what has been shown to managers is it is staying at current rates.

The execs took it away in 2005 or 2006. It came back in 2017. The execs took all the kitty during the largest organic revenue growth in technology history. I’m betting it goes away again, maybe forever.
