@bs I got RIFd on March 19, 2026 after almost 5 years of service. this was a day before my planned 2 week vacation. 4 weeks of pay for my 4 years of service. I worked on the Big Island of hawaii, 1 of 2 techs. Now there is only 1 tech to service the whole island. I believe this is to prepare the company to be sold to Brinks.
Heard there were layoffs in engineering this week
Have to wait for more layoffs for now, until management returns from their vacations in the Caribbean.

AI needs to replace CEO’s and BOD’s, imagine the cost savings.
@cj Did NCR ever develop it’s AI? If so, it appears it has become self aware and decided to terminate all human employees as a threat to its very existence. Must have been approved and implemented on the behest of Leadership.
The only way this stops is when the board of directors wakes up and pulls the plug or the stock drops to a “penny stock”.
I am selling what I have left in 2026. This dog just don't hunt any more.

NCR Atleos NCR Voyix layoffs will never stop for 2026, 2027 and so on. This is the model. This is the way. This is how they treat any NCR employee whether you are in the US, Serbia, India or Cebu. Please add any other country not listed. This is how leadership has consistently proven themselves to be useless and clueless in terms of employee moral or anything employee related.
Come into the office? Sure no problem. But the fact this place continues to layoff people, then send an email saying "happy holidays" is quite insulting. Rinse and repeat, ever quarter, every year, and a bigger focus at the end of year.
Thanksgiving is give thanks you have a job. Merry Christmas is be merry you have a job.
Give this place what it asked for and created. 40 hours in the office. Nothing more and nothing less. Don't call employees after hours for an escalation. Don't ask employeesto check emails after hours on their personal device. Don't expect employees to go above and beyond for a down site. NCR leadership has successfully destroyed morale on all levels. Our customers can use the cheap model put in place and the low morale created.
NCR leadership sends real koolaid emails about how everything is great on the survey. Employees aren't going to bash the company and then get cut for being truthful. The survey is not anonymous. And to NCR leadership, if you're reading this, you're truly clueless on your employee survey emails. But hey whatever makes you feel better and sleep better at night, by all means, go for it and ring the bell at the NY Stock Exchange. Tell the world how great you are and continue to RIF people in 2026 & beyond.
