Just curious. Leading up to this week, VPs/EVPs gave plenty of lip service about reducing the layers of management within the company, but I have yet to hear of any manager being let go.

I know of 2 managers ISP’d.
Total speculation, but my guess is that managers are given a quota of people they need to ISP from their teams, and they can be insulated from being ISP'd themselves as long as they fill that quota. Heck, they will probably even get a bonus for effective cost-cutting measures if they can go over their quota.
Notifications delayed in nex. Why?
@otherguy once you get past grade 10 you get bukake’d with stock and bonuses. Like easy $30k APB plus your $300k+ salary.
So any VPs who got laid off they don’t give af.
Not that I know of. Soon we will have more managers than ICs
My ex manager has been ISPed.
What happened to the VP named Hope(in DCAI)?
Nope, but there were some managers who left rather abruptly via VSP.
@cex is that true ? A G11 is worth that much ?
They laugh as they walk out with million dollar payments and getting $10k a month for the next 15 years (deferred salary)
@eeh which BU ? Names ?
I have same question
I'm aware of at least one senior director (GL11) and one VP (GL12) being ISPd.
Just the white ones.
