H1B candidates, L1 candidates, OPT students and H4 EAD spouses are mostly going to be fine especially if from a certain place. Only locals will be impacted! This is true for many corporations.

Test equipment from Manchester was moved to Bangalore. If you have Bangalore in your org chart, then you better hope you are not a test, pe, or pm. Expect operations to lay off Dallas engineers as Bangalore engineers get up to speed.
