HPE/Juniper should offer employee this during this period. Good for both company and employees.

There is no reason for them to offer early retirement. It costs more (enhanced package) for the company and they do not get to cherry pick who stays and who goes. The only reason they do it is to get a volume of older employees to leave without a lawsuit. They have gotten rid of a lot of older talent in the past 8 months via WFR so it’s unlikely to change now.
Well this one of the d-mbest posts I’ve seen on here and that’s quite a high )or low?) bar. Now go on and voluntarily get your rear end outta here. . .
@ex terrible idea if you are the physical manifestation of a company in human form. But if you are a person working in that company, then it is a great idea and beneficial to people that have had enough of the toxic environment. People like you don't realise how badly you have been brainwashed. Let people have their dream of voluntary layoffs, it hurts nobody.
@ed Tell us more, person who is obviously Shaygan Kheradpir
You're free to voluntarily exit anytime. Stop expecting your employer to be your mommy. You owe them nothing, they owe you nothing.
@ed Marisa Mayer (former Yahoo CEO) would be better.
that is a terrible idea. you'd bleed top talent galore.
Hope all those su-kers who were Disciples of Rami now see how they have been su-kered. He grins at us all day long, talking about legacy and honor and pride. Bull! He’s smiling bc he just cashed in MILLIONS while HPE treats us like dirt and pushes us out. Thanks for nothing Rami. Shaygan Kheradpir would have been better.
Why? They will just fire us. Maybe / maybe not a severance. Maybe / maybe not insurance through the end of the month. Maybe. Maybe not. Associate just got it at Microsoft. Everything ended THAT DAY! $0 package!
