Me! After 10 years with never beating spoken to once regarding discipline AND three were hired after me.
@mt yes supervisors x2 and a meeting called ‘discussion’ there was no discussion BTW
@mv the ba----ds got me too. Recently hired another offshore of course. Never encouraged learning or training and kept me to busy to do it on my own time.
After 44 years of dedication , got the call . Rated 4 , with both merit and bonus but position is being eliminated. ???? Ya the typical wording they use to get rid of the hard working employees.
It’s disgusting how they are eliminating the good people who have proved their worth , all for a metric or to hire offshore which saves $ .
No consideration to place within org just cya .

For the ones who got a call was it your supervisor who called? Also did you still get severance?

@dt same got a call in the afternoon on my day off and that’s it bo-m done . I was not even on any corrective or smart plan . Sentiments were great evrry month I use to be close to meeting metrics but was not in the bottom . Sup never showed any concern toward me wonder how did they come up with the decision for my layoff
