@n9q already the norm at Nextera. We have annual layoffs. Dominion with a workforce that’s just as large as nextera’s but is a smaller company is going to annihilated after those 24 months are up.

The dominion employees are protected for 24 months post close. It is the NEE team that needs to be worried.
The Dominion acquisition should lead to deep cuts on their end. They have way too many employees.
@eb5 I’ve heard as much as 30% cuts in various forms.
The Rewire initiative is going to lead to massive layoffs. Good luck to those who make it.
