Went on ODW - applied for a job.
Technique here was to canvas the people in the managers team over a month.

The hiring manager said that so many people are worried about change right now, so there’s a low volume of people applying for jobs.
So in an ironic way, this is a good opportunity to control your destiny and make a few more bucks before the hand is put on your shoulder.
