The HR VP in Corporates is overloaded with Complaints

The toxic culture in Corporates comes from the Top Down, and am still shocked this behavior is allowed.

I know 3 people personally that have lodged complaints in the last 3 months.

@ea I was on this call, glad to see people are waking up. Hard to see leaders not leading by example and turning to public humiliation and fear to get things done.

I have never witnessed a President berate and disrespect a GM on a company wide sales call before. Hasker is in a real predicament on this one.

Not to mention her hires....Its going to take a lot of work to undo the damage created by her team. She fired the only good sales leaders we had.
